The following is a list of Bench Service Fees that Bering Technology, Inc. charges
customers for performing factory repairs. The bench service fee covers all handling, labor
and test processes done at Bering’s facility. Prices do not include parts and/or
materials used to repair product.
Bench Service Fees are charged for repairs on any Bering product with expired warranty.
Replacement parts used in warranty and non-warranty repairs may be designated as
"R" or re-marketed repair parts. "R" replacement parts are
considered are considered to be in good working order.
All Bering replacement parts, unless otherwise noted, sold in the U.S.A. and Canada
carry a standard thirty-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
During the warranty period, Bering will at its option and at no charge (excluding
freight), repair or replace equipment that proves to be defective. The limited warranty
covers only defects encountered during normal use of the product. Warranty does not apply
to damage from improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized service, or
inappropriate packaging used when shipping to Bering.
